* It is important that you only generate tickets for the days you really think you are attending so as not to leave other potential participants without a place.

* The number of tickets is limited, so we recommend you take it out as soon as possible.

Considerations

• Due to the precautions that some of the invited organizations are taking for the Coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19), some of our speakers will be virtual. This does not affect the realization of the event, nor of the confirmed speakers and workshops. You can consult the general health recommendations in Orientations for the public.

• During the event there will be Coffee break ☕️ (bring your cup or thermos) but the food is borne by each participant, the university cafeteria will be open and / or you can bring your food.

• On Saturday at the time of networking the food and drinks go on our own 🌮🥤.

Recommendations

• Try to arrive 30 min before the start of the event every day, as we have limited space in conferences and workshops as they arrive.

• We will have some vans that will provide free transportation 🚌 (limited quota) to the event from certain points of Mérida, we will send you the information about the specific point and the schedules by mail once you have generated your ticket.

• For the workshops it is necessary to bring your personal computer equipment 💻.
